Homegrown with love.
We live in a blessed country. With mild winters, warm and sunny summers and a beautiful soil enriched with organic compost and chicken manure.
We grow most of our vegetables from seeds. From planting to harvest to plate, through the use of companion planting and with the precious help of lovely garden bugs, we naturally care for them with love and respect.
We happily share with you the pleasure of delightful fragrances and colours of every new season: the first tomato, the first aubergine, the sweet smell of local herbs.
Handpicked in the morning, served in the afternoon.

FORAGED & LOCAL DELICACIES
We usually think of Greece as the land of sea & sun, olives, oregano and summer Mediterranean vegetables.
The diversity of the fertile Greek land and its rich wild mountains are often, sadly, overlooked.
From free range buffalos to sturgeons to wild mushrooms & greens to cooperatives that keep traditions alive,
there is way more to be discovered and to indulge.
We partner with avid foragers that provide us with mushrooms, berries, flowers and greens from continental Greece.
We do some local foraging ourselves on our beautiful island where we find Salicornia, rock samphire, purslane, mountain herbs such as sage, thyme and oregano, but also wild asparagus, saffron and other edible flowers and summer fruits.
We preserve these treasures in traditional and natural ways such as drying, pickling, confit, sweet preserves, pesto's or even cordials for further use.
We also use them fresh upon arrival on our daily menus presenting simple Greek delicacies.
